I will arrive in Seattle on the 22nd. I want to

even drive to Portland for some days.

How about something right in the middle, Wedesnday the 26th, 7pm ...
the GOTO location has been Lucky Lab [1], but I'd be
open to other options (especially with better food, e.g. APEX[2] + Los
Gorditos[3]).
Any other takers? I'm flexible with time/date, but figured I'd make a
stab in the dark and see if we get any bites.
