Vagrant has confirmed for the 16th, 11am to 6pm, at Free Geek.

Initial wiki page is here:

  http://wiki.debian.org/BSP/2012/12/us/Portland

This is totally cribbed from the wiki page from /last/ December's BSP, so
there are already some prep instructions here; but please do extend it with
links to things that are missing.

FWIW, I've spent a lot of time at these events lately on orientation /
teaching, and this time I'm keen to be able to spend my time banging on RC
bugs personally.  I'm happy to do a brief (30 min or less) introduction at
the beginning, but after that plan to go to my happy hacking place; so if
others think more instruction is needed/wanted, it would be good to figure
out a plan for this, or else target this at "experienced" packagers (i.e.,
people who've been at at least one BSP previously).

I know the basics of packaging which I learned from you at our last BSP so I feel confident that I will not need an intro. I could probably help others who have little to no experience packaging.

I know that this is a BSP but considering the attendance I might suggest those who are interested to consider incorporating Debian RC Bug Fixes into Ubuntu?
http://qa.ubuntuwire.com/bugs/rcbugs/

Perhaps if anyone is interested we could also go through Ubuntu bugs and handle patches needing forwarding to Debian.
