Hello to all those who work or play on Debian and related, or are
Debian-curious:
It's been far too long since we've gotten together to hack, celebrate,
gripe, whatever! I have reached out to a few of you about preferred
evenings and have already obtained the null set as the solution to the
scheduling question, so I thought we could hash it out the old-fashioned
way - on a mailing list!
I propose Wednesday, September 28th at the Lucky Lab on Hawthorne from,
say, 6:30 until we all go home. Please make counter proposals on the
list, or get back to me directly with any concerns.
Agenda:
* find out what everyone has been up to
* negotiate a get together on a more regular basis
* eat $PEANUTS
I hope folks are able make it out.
Cheers,
tony
Hi Mike -
Great - I look forward to meeting you, and good idea. I'll be wearing a
DebConf 14 shirt and looking around with just a tinge of social anxiety.
If the weather is especially good, we might make our way outside, but
normally we sit somewhere in the area just to the east of the main bar.
Cheers,
tony
