Hot on the heels of the successful BSP this Sunday (8 bugs down, 180 to
go!), it's time for another Debian beering - and the last one of the year.

buy you a beer :)

Hello Debian Portland Social Group,
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ryan and I'm been a long
time fan of Debian and looking to make friends and get involved in the
community. I'm mostly just a computer/Linux hobbyist and was hoping to
meet and hang-out with like minded individuals to brainstorm and
collaborate on ideas for cool things to do with computers.
I started toying with Debian back at 3.0 until I got to distracted with
my videogame/Steam addiction around the release of KDE 4. I am getting
my feet wet again and getting ready to setup a home server for media
streaming + backups and debating on throwing in a webserver and perhaps
a PBX just for fun.
Nice to meet you all,
~Ryan
So it was proposed to do a Bug Squashing party on Sunday, December 9th, if i
recall correctly?
Freegeek might be available to host space any the 9th, 16th, or 30th:
http://freegeek.org/calendar
On the 9th, we'd have to reschedule our cabling party, but that's *probably*
possible.
On the 16th, we'd have to share with the Linux Clinic PLUG folks, but that
shouldn't be too much of a problem, we'd just have to use a different room,
which worked fine in the past.
live well,
